I need to somehow creatively organize a list of names.
Basically, I have ~100 names grouped into 3 groups. The names have to include dates (grad students, phd, etc – the dates are when they started their program/ended/still going, etc).
Any thoughts? Right now its just..

I don’t get what you are asking. Why not just put them in Excel with a column for each trait?
