Like everything? Posts, images, themes, plugins, etc.?

1. copy and save everything that is in your wordpress directory.
2. export the sql database that is directed to your wordpress DB_NAME in your config.php

and re-upload them files in your new host, just curious. are you changing the domain as well?

if you are changing the actual domain name, then open up your exported sql file with notepad and edit your ex-domain to replace with new one. then upload
