Yup, fucking horrid. Down 1/3 I’d say. Between this and the huge decrease in commissions that always happens after christmas its a miserable start to 2011.
This year has already started out better than it has since like 04 with adsense
companies have less ad budget early in the year? Slow season to sell specific things?

Hey guys, I followed this tutorial here:
I made sure to follow all of the prereq’s:
- Talked to Host Gator and they said TCP Port 1129 was open
- PEM key is uploaded (what is weird is I had to rename it to just the store number for the zc_admin panel to recognize it)
- I bought an SSL cert through host gator, ran diagnostics using and everything checks out
- cURL is setup by default

for example there already a name in database, lets say James 1. right now if user search for ‘Begin with keyword’ like Ja, or Jam, it will showing it (James, and other name begin with that keyword) 2. but not if search for ‘End with keyword’ or ‘Contain keyword’, like mes, or ames, or ame (it will not showing James, and other name with that keyword in the middle or in the end) |
Looking for the best way to see all events in the table with a date greater than today’s date. I had a hack of it working until the year changed, now it doesn’t work. I’m using the format m/d/y when inserting into the table. I tried ordering by date, then showing the most recent 5 or so with out showing older than today, and that was kind of a pain in the ass and even now, it doesn’t work any more. Any help would be appreciated.

Also, I’m running an online arcade through a WP theme. The games are saved on my host so I’m not streaming from Mochi, but all of the games came from mochi. What’s the best way to SEO this? There’s not as much for google to crawl since there’s a lot of flash and with this type of site there’s not many new posts. I’m getting 60 hits a day but adsense isn’t converting at all. i would like to keep the exact concept to myself. but i will describe a similar concept so you can get the jest.
… a website dedicated to car audio installations. people could create accounts on there and post the details of their car and car audio installation, and talk about the shop that installed it and rank the shop that did the installation, expertise, quality, etc. when you visit the site you will see a list of the last 10 installations. you could browse the installations – randomly, or by genre of car, or by your state/city. people could post comments on each of the profile pages., etc.

My server load normally only about 1 or below, the server running normally for days, not get high load
when i check in whm >> Service Status, the Swap Used report always zero (0), not used at all :
Swap Used 0.00% (0 of 10169104)
but when Swap Used sometime, even the swap used very very small size, only 4k, or 88k like below, the server start sometime get high load, can be few times a day. And to make the Swap Used zero (0) again, i need to Gracefull Reboot

So I have a login secured area of my website where members can download files. The file is stored in a DB table and in that table has a "Download Count" column. On my page I display a link to download the file. When that link is clicked, I want to update the "Download Count" column in the database to reflect the increase in downloads.
I’m just really not sure how to accomplish this from a link being clicked, unless I just have to give it a form button to call to the update script along with the download?
