anyone have any good links/resources on where I could start with forum monetization?

I’ve been running small adsense blocks and using viglink on some of my forums, but I’d like to bring in more revenue/

On one of them i’m working with an ad network that serves up banners and it seems to be paying out really well so far.

What are some strategies (pricing, or otherwise) or things I can employ to do direct marketing to local vendors? how about performance tracking/metrics for the banners I run on the site directly?

i’m running vB4 on both of my larger/most successful forums right now.

Site is funded by Member Subscriptions, Advertising and Shopping Affiliate Links.
