I have no idea whats going on here…

This is weird.

I have this site (school project): and everything looks as it should for me except when I link to the site from gmail.
The link above in an email to another person is clicked and I get this in my content where all the " and ‘ are on the index page only:

But a direct type in, and the diamonds disappear…

Does anyone know whats up with this? Any fixes you could point me to? It could hurt my grade if I can’t fix it as my professors will be opening the site thru g-mail.

Thanks!

Edit: I did notice though, that in the url that’s acting all weird, there is a www before the domain name, whereas on normal appearing one, there is no www, just …

Replace all with what? The same character?

edit: wordpress? if thats a program i coded this from scratch

You can find/replace with a different font? Wow… Word 03 does that… I never knew that. Spiffy…

I’m thinking though that if I just copy paste the find/replaced text out of word, the font for the characters won’t "stay put." After that, I dunno what to do from there…

Edit: ‘Cause theres no way that I’m putting inline CSS for every character that needs it…

Was that originally done in Word then copy/pasted out?

It was indeed. Some encoding I can’t see thats fucking it up?
