I understand your account can be limited simply by doing business with someone in a certain country. Am I safe if I get business from a guy in Kuala Lumpur?
no "virtual sales/work" is safe with paypal.
unless he’s shipping a physical product with a tracking number i’d suggest avoiding paypal.

because if they decide to freeze your account they will ask for shipping information and when I told them it was sent via email, they told me I was shit out of luck proving it was received
I wouldn’t deal with anyone from Kuala Lumpur, unless they were a king, prince or a ceo of a bank. You gotta be careful man.
what about for building someone a website. It’s services. There’s no physical product to ship.
dont use paypal
Suggest alternate method of payment plz.
i’ve heard good things about escrow
never tried it
I’ve only ever had a paypal problem with that one little faggot 13 year old jewish kid.
Kuala Lumpur is not a country, it’s the capital of Malaysia.
GOTO 2
If you think Kuala Lumpur is a country you probably shouldnt be doing business internationally.
if there is no physical product being shipped, you will turn over your work, and he will file a claim and get his money back.
it will be very easy for him since you have no tracking #s etc. and cannot really PROVE anything.
last time i tried to prove something to paypal by saying "i have it on gmail and i can print it out/fax it or i can forward it to you in an email"
the guy on the phone basically laughed at me and said "emails can be faked, we dont accept emails as proof of anything"
so i would use another method of payment.

Couldn’t you have shown them the websites or whatever you created for him?
No, they will tell you they want proof of shipping, paypal is more set up for ebay and shipping, so they don’t care about other things like people getting paid for shit they do online, so if you accept payment for services like web design and graphic design via paypal, be prepared to be fucked if the client decides to do a charge back, paypal almost always takes the side of them, unless you have proof, and they will not accept emails or websites or designs as proof, they want proof from a 3rd party like shipping services with their trackings
