Thomor moving on up, check out his client list

what’s your definition of client thomor?

Since you misspelled Merrill Lynch, I’m guessing this thing is made up.

I know the guy is paid but that site always made me think he is partially full of shit.

word

I do contract work for them in my area man, and talk to pkr about mispelling that. When they need stuff done they give me a call and ask if I’m able to do the job, then they ship the equip to my house or to the site and then email me the docs. ALot of the stuff I’ve done at night into the wee hours of the morning. Its not that hard man.

dell wanted to hire me as a fulltime business and home field tech but I decided against it. They wanted to pay me 40 hours a week at 20 an hour whether I went on calls or not just to be on call. I’d have to check my email in the morning and see if I had any service calls and then call the clients to make appointments and then go out and fix whatever was broke. They wanted me to do that for business and the 3 colleges I live near and anything wlse in a 2 hour radius but I told them no, it would have taken up too much of my time. I don’t mind doing jobs that get me out of the house like installing servers at the hospitals for dell and ibm and replacing parts but a daily thing where you are chained to your bb and on call 9-5 wasn’t worth it to me that’s why I started my own company in the first place.

Truthfully some calls were stupid, I’ve been called to drive an hour to install ram in a server just so it can be warrantied that it was installed by an ibm tech. They pay me an hour to drive there and an hour to install ram.

Dude, Taco Bell? Do you get free tacos?? I fucking love Taco Bell.

did contract work for yum corp which owns long john silvers taco bell and kfc

funny thing is tony stark up there questions my clients but I’ve been doing work at 2am at some of these places when I was running 2g1c with will and talking to him on the phone while onsite and cojones can verify.

you do server management AND photography?

working != clients

if you install cable for Comcast, it doesn’t make Comcast your client

if I’m working at a long john silvers at 2am cause they wanted me to deinstall their registers and install new ones upgrade the software and then proceed to the back office managers computer upgrade that backup the financial info of that store and scp that though a remote connection to an off site backup and communicate with their main office, they are my client. I am working for them doing work they hired me to do lol.

You have to be very careful using large client’s logos/intellectual property, however. For one, there could be a client confidentiality issue, and two, they often don’t take kindly to you using their intellectual property (like a logo) as a form of official endorsement if no such agreement exists.

Regardless of if he spelled it wrong or not, it would take 6 seconds to fix it

I like taco bell. Gives me the shits though. Can you have a talk with the ceo for me please

Why would that make Taco Bell and the like your client?

If Yum contracted you to do work, then it seems to me like your client is Yum Corporation.

But that’s also why he can get in trouble. By using their company logo, he’s implying that the company is somehow endorsing the product he’s selling. You just have to be very careful when using other people’s intellectual property without their permission.

cause most people never heard of yum corp, taco bell and kfc etc on the other hand

dis

Well most of those places are franchised out anyways and the franchise owner usually hires people to do the shit and not yum corp.

wrong cause all money made is reported back to them nightly so they know how much to take from them, usually you don’t only have to pay for the name you get a % of your profit taken as well. Also to keep everything uniform as far as equipment and training etc so food tastes the same etc corp handles that.

last time i check my account from a franchised TB it had yum corp as the depository and the store number. so all CC transactions appear to be tossed through their account as well not the individual franchisers either.

They do offer franchises in other countries too

all I can speak on is from my experiences, I worked for pepsi at the time they spun off yum and know some people that have done it work for local franchises and they dealt and got paid from the franchise owner

What’s up with the corporate talk? I can barely follow it, it’s that bad, there’s way too many commas, and stuff.

More haters.

Grow the fuck up, who cares if he IS lying?

not sure, they were not looking in those countries when I worked there

In Madrid now… but only thing I have seen under YUM is KFC, spaniards love dem fried chicken!

Anyways- your site needs some work. One page says you are in PA, another says you are in Georgia…. yeaaaa.

where? I mainly use it for local people around me when they ask for a card, I do alot of stuff in and around town and the website is more for that.

EDK Innovations is located in Georgia.

and then further down you have the map saying you are in Pennsylvania

The Chinese too. KFC is the most popular fast food there, beating out MacDonalds.

Of any chain place in Madrid, starbucks has a lock down. If you thought they are expensive in the states… try paying 4 euros for a small iced mocha ($6) Each sip is worth 2 bucks.

I believe it. He works it right, bros.

He got a cpl good contracts and made a good deal.

More power to the brother.

Incorrect.

I install POS/back office equipment. There are rollouts that are mandatory, some areas get them sooner than later. You can’t run your own equipment and software.

And on the 2nd part.. I wouldn’t have the balls to call Burlington Coat Factory a client since I installed their security cams; Barnes and Noble for doing a server fan replacement and UPS swap along with 8 POS units; Dick’s Sporting goods for a 6 POS setup, etc. To me that’s not a client.
