Trying to start a new PPC campaign this time with banner ads.. I vaguely understand that user goes to website, website drops cookie into their browser, they go to another website, website pulls cookie loads related banner ads..
Is there anything I have to do to make this work? Is this similar to Cookie Stuffing where you force cookies into their browser for extended periods of time? Using WordPress as usual.. Not sure where to begin or if I even need to know about this..
So I’ve been spending the last few days finding quality forum boards ranked by google with dofollow attributes to share my site with, but it’s turned out to be a very timely process. I’ve spent about 3 hours alone searching for keywords ".gov/forums" hoping to stumble across a government forum board where I can share my website information with.. unfortunately I have had little success here.

Throughout my career, I’ve watched immensely talented designers waste a shitload of time creating fully fleshed-out comps of what a website could look like. Pixels get pushed, details are sweated, pages are printed out, hung on walls, and presented to clients. Clients squawk their feedback, then designers act on it. They repeat this dance until everyone is content (or until nobody gives a shit anymore, which happens more often than you’d think). I was looking for someone to do some SEO work for my blog but there are so many different options available that I feel lost. I originally wanted to just have somone do backlinking for the site but I’m reading about all these different options. What would some of you guys suggest would be a good direction for a startup blog?
