im going to start doing work in my local area for local businesses. revamping their sites/etc. ive noticed that a lot of the sites that are up for them are really shitty. bad coding, broken links, 10mb images posted and resized to 100×100, etc.
i however, am no designer by any stretch of the imagination. any idea on the best place to find honest people to outsource the design to?

I just buy wordpress templates or use current ones, edit it them out to meet the clients standards or looks. All done and said.
