Anybody know where to get standard Vbulletin for a lesser price?

Buy a license from someone who is trying to sell theirs.. But you won’t save much. I had the license for 2-3 years, only lost $40~. But seriously, what is it now a days? Wasn’t it like $160, that’s not that much, vBulletin is worth every penny. Or you know.. Just go pirate it like an idiot, and use it till they catch you, or until you know either your site will be a failure or success. Then upgrade. I don’t know why people make sites they don’t intend to work on long term..

First off, it’s for a local band. I already have the domain, hosting and email set up. I need a website designed; I don’t know what the hell I’m doing and they have some pretty lofty ideas outside of my ridiculously limited "ability".
