Web Design comprable to Taste of Ink?

Any recommendations for web design/web dev that aesthetically is on par with Taste of Ink studios work?

$~5000 budget
I’m pretty sure they’re a printing company that turned into a "lets do everything" company.

For a $5k budget, I would definitely not go with them.
