I want people who arent using a modern browser to get punted to a page i make to have people chose Chrome or Safari.
I found this but i am not sure what exactly it does. Seems like it just injects CSS3 and HTML5 functions into old browsters.

There is no real reason to go out of your way to try to make them upgrade. Just stop supporting them. Alert them and THEN fuck them. But do it gently.
