Hey guys,

I don’t know if this is against the rules or not, but do any of you know of a good forum that is dedicated only to web design / development. If you’re not allowed to post on the forum, I’d appreciate a PM, etc.

Thanks

-Andy

The only real dedicated web dev. forums I’ve participated in was the Drupal community.

Do you think the drupal boards are good for someone who has a question specific to something like PHP, but isn’t using it in a drupal framework??

You probably can get help, but not generally if you’re not using the Drupal framework. You can try out .

Sitepoint Forums - has a great development forum. Huge community.

stackoverflow isn’t really a forum, but it’s a decent resource

The web-specific version of stackoverflow is in beta atm too. It will get its own name/domain soon but its already running and quite active.

It’s definitely not a forum though but its a good resource.

I have been on the hunt for a good web orientated forum for ages now and haven’t found anything that didn’t suck. All the big ones are filled with spammers and annoying indians who fill every thread with "Thank you for your post. I am honoured to read it. I thank you to read my SEO blog now."
