I picked bigcartel because it was the simplicity and how simple it looked and they allowed me to use my own URL and BounceWeb because they have cheap service for OT members.
But my BigCartel Site () is not showing up at my host ()
they keep blaming the other guy
BigCartel.
It doesn’t appear that your CNAME is pointing to Big Cartel
() so it could either need more time to propagate,
or it could be a configuration issue on your DNS hosts end.
CNAMEs also require you to use a subdomain, like "www" or "shop", so
having it for skatejunkies.net with no subdomain might be the issue.
I’d suggest setting it up for "" and then
redirecting skatejunkies.net to .

You need to edit the DNS Records.. and add BigCartel as a CNAME for your www sub-domain.
I’m sure BounceWeb will help sort it out if you email them exactly what you’re trying to do?
Your root a record points to 65.60.51.66 and your www. CNAME points to your root A record.
Neither therefore point to your Big Cartel site. Have you asked Bounceweb to make the necessary changes to your DNS zone?

i have i actually deleted the CNAME and remade it like yesterday

Doesn’t look like either of them are blaming the other, they are both telling you you have things set up wrong. Neither of them are obligated to fix it for you either, you should have a base level of knowledge if you are trying to do something like this or at least the ability to learn.
