Going to create my own portfolio site and based on previous input from here, Flash is not recommended, however flash sites are the most "flashy" ones.
That’s not flash, and they probably used a lot more than just Dreamweaver to do it.

Hell they may have just used Coda or TextEdit…
and to answer you question, its wordpress with this theme.

Also, there are no indicators in the source code that Dreamweaver was used at all for the original WordPress theme nor for the derived one on the page linked in the original post.

So in actual answer to your question: most likely neither, which makes sense. Dreamweaver is a terrible IDE and Flash is only good at making Flash objects, and the site has none.
So it seems to be done with one of those pre-loaded templates "build-it-yourself" sites.

I used Dreamweaver to update my client’s site while I was doing my internship. It’s a pretty good program. I don’t see anything bad with it.
