I recently started a website that is an offshoot of the FMl or Text from last night genre. This being my first website i would appreciated some feedback and suggestions on the criteria of A) Layout/appearance. B) content and C) general improvements. Thanks for your time. Website is Neverashamed.com
question, how did you get the ball rolling? are those fake posts by you? how did you manage to fill it with content when you started? im doing a similar site (layout, not content) and need posters.

PetRoid. The first step we chose to do was to increase awareness through social media sites. We sold our souls to facebook friends and since their our friends and obliged to responds we got much of our content that way. We also had a brief period where we were averaging 9000 views a day but that has steadily declined. Content has been easier than getting viewers but i guess they are dependent on each other.
I usually do shit like that via sql.
have you isolated the reason for decline? your traffic should go up, not down
