Very very odd….
What do you mean every link you had on google? You mean every search for your usual keywords shows no results with your companies site? Or something different?
Is the site completely static…no updates/changes at all, or in a long time?

What kind of site was it?
run a search for "site:domain.com" and see if there are any results.
Browning, panda doesn’t typically remove sites from the index unless they’re of HORRID quality…or have really spammy link profiles. It just penalizes your rank into oblivion. I should know, I have thousands of horrid sites that are just fine, when they roll the panda updates I typically take a 30-60% hit in traffic due to rankings…but the domains don’t leave the index.
Panda was one of the greatest things to happen to the internet.
opie, do like Yahdude said and search for site:yourdomain.com.
If it shows up, you just got sandboxed.
If it doesn’t show up, you got deindexed which means you probably pissed off Google somehow.
You most likely just got sandboxed.
